Scope: These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed via the online shop Triebwerk.shop.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
- The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
- By completing the checkout process, the customer submits a binding purchase offer.
- The contract is concluded once we accept the order by sending an order confirmation via email.
3. Prices, VAT, Shipping Costs
- All prices are final prices in accordance with §19 German VAT Act (small business regulation; no VAT is shown).
- Any shipping costs are displayed during checkout and are based on current DHL standard rates.
4. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available: PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
5. Delivery
- Shipping provider: DHL.
- Delivery area: Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH region).
- Delivery time: 5–8 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
6. Pre-Orders
- Products marked as "Pre-Order" will be delivered no later than 2 months after order confirmation.
- The estimated delivery date or period is stated in the product description.
- Payment is due immediately upon ordering. In case of delays, we will inform customers promptly via email.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the separate Cancellation Policy. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
8. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
9. Warranty and Liability
- Statutory warranty rights apply.
- Claims for damages are excluded unless they are based on intent or gross negligence on our part or by our agents. This does not apply to damages resulting in injury to life, body, or health, or to claims under the Product Liability Act.

11. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final Provisions
- German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
- If any provision of these T&Cs is invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
