Shipping Provider & Service Area

  • Service area: Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH)

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: Orders are prepared for dispatch on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • Transit time: 5–8 business days within the DACH region, unless a different timeline is stated on the product page.
  • During peak seasons, new product drops, or due to carrier constraints, processing or transit may take longer. We’ll notify you if we foresee material delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates follow the current DHL standard prices and are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and selected service.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, we send a shipping confirmation with a DHL tracking link to the email address provided at checkout.

Pre-Orders

  • Items marked as Pre-Order ship no later than 2 months after order confirmation.
  • If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may split the shipment. Any split shipments will be communicated by email.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Switzerland)

For deliveries to Switzerland, import duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by customs. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing may extend delivery times.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage with photos and notify DHL and us immediately.
  • For lost shipments, contact us so we can initiate a carrier investigation. Resolution depends on the outcome of the DHL claims process.
